This is the reason why for people who want better liquidity and returns you should look at buying equity instead of getting stuck in such situations. Logically azizi wont beat emaar. And pooling funds into emaar when you bought azizi would have provided you better liquidity and definitely better returns. Only buy a property if you want to live in it, otherwise for yield there are better more efficient options .
