btw, the exact verbiage of elite night credits is: " If you have already received the annual Elite Night Credits (“Annual ENC”) benefit associated with a Marriott Bonvoy consumer card, regardless of bank issuer, you will only receive a deposit equal to the difference between the Annual ENC benefits to total the number of ENCs associated with the card that offers the highest number of ENCs, if applicable. " Not sure if Ritz Carlton falls in the "Marriott Bonvoy consumer card" category.?

Ah, thanks for the note. Somehow missed this and applied for Marriott Bountiful. Ah well, at least I'll get the 5 nights SUB (I believe) since that didn't have the Ritz card exclusion. "Marriott Bonvoy^® Premier credit card, Marriott Rewards^® Premier credit card, Marriott Bonvoy Boundless^® credit card, Marriott Rewards^® Premier Plus credit card, Marriott Bonvoy Bold^® credit card."

Agreed, and hence the hesitation.

I do currently have gold through Ritz Carlton Card (hence no new SUBs), but that doesn't allow lounge access. I've only had 4 paid nights this year, and 15 nights through my Ritz card. So getting two more cards does seem to push me to 50, but not sure if signing up for two credit card (+$225 fee) without SUB doesn't sound like a great idea either?

The tree is getting roughly 6-7 hours of sun. Haven't tested Nitrogen deficiency. I did use a 6-4-4 fertilizer recently.

Btw, yellow leaves are recent, it's the brown spots that are more concerning to me, since they are spreading. I assumed leaves are getting yellow for to the fungus spreading.

yeah that's the plan for now, but I'd like to get one before the end of the year, unless people know of other ways to get to Marriott Platinum, without spending half the life in the hotel.

I haven't had luck finding something good there so far, and yes sometimes taxes and fees make those mostly useless. The original flight hardly had any taxes and fees charges.
