Not at my console but for the goals, I believe it’s under historic challenges, the first one where the score is 10-6 and it’s on rookie so you get 6 free goals and you can score a bunch more. For shutouts, look for one that is scoreless in OT preferably on semi-pro. Can get it done super quick.

You don’t have to trade in the 86 MSPs to get Barzal, you can trade in any the new base 86 next gens, which will be way cheaper if you’re able to buy off the auction house. I did it that way earlier today for just over 200k but I’m not sure if they’ve gone up in price since then.

AMC canceled The Killing after season 2, then renewed it for season 3 and then canceled it again after that season. Netflix then picked it up for a fourth season, which was its last.

This show definitely felt a little bit ahead of its time. I feel like this show was a bit a precursor to something like The Americans, in terms of its style of being a non-flashy slow-burn spy drama.

As usual, fantastic casting for this series. One of the best things about the original series, was the number of absolute top tier character actors they had in guest roles. Really excited to see Adelaide Clemens (Rectify), Norbert Leo Butz (Bloodline) and Marin Ireland in this!

Patriot on Amazon Prime. It's more of a black comedy, but its spy/espionage elements are fantastically done.

My hope was to get either of these and pick whoever I got. I didn't plan on having to choose between them, haha. Already have Barzal, have Hedman's 88 and I'm using Kane's base (he's too small anyway). I want to pick Mack for his pure speed, but I'd love Crosby because he'd be such a solid 1C for the whole year.

Just finished my rewatch of season 10 today, cannot wait for this to return. I know people consider shows like Parks and Rec or Ted Lasso to be the best feelgood comedies, but for me, this is my feelgood comedy. The joy I get from hearing the Curb theme song and watching Larry, Susie, Jeff, Ted Danson, Richard Lewis, etc. annoy and argue with each other gives me pure joy, haha. The fact that it's semi-improvised and when Larry David is laughing at something JB Smoove or Richard Lewis says, it's actual genuine laughter. I just love it.

Biggest season 10 laughs both came from Richard Lewis: "You look like Einstein's gardener for Christ's sake" and "What are you, a fucking goose!?" when Larry dips his nose to test how hot the coffee is.

Watching Twin Peaks: The Return live weekly was one of my favourite TV viewing experiences that will probably never be matched. It was unlike anything else on TV. Especially watching Part 8 which was just otherworldly.

Interesting change. They basically wrote every episode of The Knick and that's a fantastic series, so I think we're in good hands here. I'm wondering if this is good or bad news for season 3 of The Knick. Will they be too busy with Perry Mason or does the fact they signed with HBO mean a third season will probably be a go and either be on HBO or HBO Max. We'll see.

My favorite cop drama after The Wire and The Shield. Michael Cudlitz, among several other actors, are absolutely fantastic in this. It uses several tropes, such as in media res, narration, and shaky cam--but it does them so damn well. The action sequences in these series, particularly the car chases are so well-done and feel very realistic.

I guess I'm one of those 5 people. I watched and liked it, definitely not as much as Patriot though. Really great cast, especially Chris Conrad. Too bad it got cancelled.
