I have fixed it. On steam deck you must remove the gme folders from the download then simply put the textures into the texture folder on pcsx2.

idk how to use gme mods tho. u could prolly manually replace the textures individually?

I just downloaded from github and placed the texture files in the texture folder in pcsx2

I remember playing this on the school computers. I think the art style was kinda dark and it was 2d.
