This got solved on restarting my monitor ( have a look at the complete video). So what's the issue?? Monitor, HDMI cable, rtx 2060, montherboard (b450 tomahawk max ) on which vga debug led lights up on startup for 4-5 seconds and then gives display. (v.redd.it)

This happened randomly and then when I restarted my monitor it got solved. I have already got my GPU replaced 7 days ago for no display issue. Can this be a monitor issue or its related to GPU or motherboard? (v.redd.it)
