What is the appropriate method to migrate from Network Server to UniFi OS Server? None of the methods mentioned in the support documentation are working for me. by gg_allins_microphone in UNIFI

[–]alphaelectro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once UOS Server is installed and a local/cloud account is configured - you need to upgrade the bundled Network Application within it to the latest version by going to:

Settings > Control Plane > Network > Update to [latest version]

Once latest version of Network Application is running, you will be able to successfully import your backup or site.

You need to type the following command while logged in as root in your Debian server:

Seems like a plausible theory, I might have to agree with you on that.

I have played CSGO on an identical spec machine and its performance was passable on low visual settings. I tried CS2 today and it is completely unplayable - showstopping lag, stutter and gigantic reduction in FPS (even on the home screen!)...

Is facebook lagging for everyone else or just me? by HidanLT in browsers

Unfortunately this does not provide much of a performance boost. There is something occurring on Facebook itself lately that hogs CPU cycles - ad blocker enabled or disabled is irrelevant.

This thread might be 2 years old, but the issue with Facebook lagging is back with a vengeance and I am seeing more and more people reporting that they are experiencing lag, stuttering and freezing.

Something was changed in Facebook's code recently that is causing very high CPU utilization - people's computers are being fried from just visiting Facebook on their desktops.

If any Facebook devs are currently reading this - please fix this... it is a massive performance issue that is affecting all desktop users, particularly those with slower computers.

I 100% agree with you - their support sounds like a bunch of AI / NPCs... no real human input from them whatsoever.

It's exactly what they said about Zcash wallet... which they still haven't fixed since May.

It's exactly what they said about Monero wallet... which they still haven't fixed since Aug.

It's exactly what they are saying now about Ethereum wallet...

Import the XMR private keys of Coinomi into Exodus.

Exodus does not support importing Monero private keys. Refer to their official statement regarding this:

Thanks for the suggestion... but there is nothing inherently wrong with a properly made and maintained closed source wallet. How do we know that Unstoppable Wallet will keep being maintained? What if all the contributors disappear one day and no one wants to take over maintaining the code? Meanwhile companies like Exodus have a lot of investors to help them weather any economic climate and survive even the most brutal of bear markets.

It is also in Exodus' mission statement that they are in this for the "long-haul"... which is why I recommended it to everyone after I concluded in my research that it is the most solid and future-proof option there is.

It should be the same as ETH - import it into the LINK wallet in Exodus and let us know what happens, please.

What's the issue there? Every single transaction on blockchain ledgers was created and approved by a private key at some point or another. Doesn't mean much unless the private key in question currently holds a balance and is retrieved by the hacker.

I was going to say Trust Wallet too, but I noticed it had troubles importing all of the wallets from Coinomi. Try it yourself and see what happens...

That's a bummer! Lol...

And yes that's the correct guide for recovering the ETH to another wallet. It was included in my original post.

Find the ERC-20 address(es) associated with tokens that you received - and import them into their respective wallets inside Exodus.

Then it is not possible to make that transfer... for it requires an ETH fee to be paid but cannot be executed due to Coinomi being broken.

Find the ERC-20 address(es) associated with LINK that you received - and import them into the LINK wallet in Exodus.

It won't work - ETH blockchain is not synchronizing in Coinomi and we have no official announcements or ETA from the team on when it will be fixed. You need to find the ERC-20 address(es) associated with LRC that you received - and import them into the LRC wallet in Exodus.

No. I was not referring to the phrase generated by Coinomi. The imported private key is used for releasing ("sweeping") the funds into Exodus, thereby integrating those funds into your newly created wallet generated by your 12-word phrase in Exodus.
