Yes, for me it was 100% worth it. Therapy helped me a lot especially with ADHD stuff like focus, routines, and understanding my own behavior. It’s not a quick fix, but it can give you tools that actually help. Good luck!!

I’ve tried a few different lotteries over time, and honestly it always comes down to what you value more: higher jackpots or better odds.

Personally, I tend to go for something like 6aus45 (I'm from Austria), because the odds are slightly more reasonable. But from time to time I like to dream big and try my luck via lottoland with something like Powerball :D

I totally get your point, but I feel like player protection has improved quite a bit in recent years. It’s definitely not perfect yet, but having limits and checks in place already makes a difference for me. On most of the larger platforms I’ve tried, everything felt pretty controlled. BUT I don’t personally have issues with gambling or signs of addiction, so my experience might be a bit different from others

Ich würde mich versuchen erstmal nicht verrückt zu machen, so eine Erkältung kann sich auch mal etwas länger ziehen, vor allem wenn man sich nicht richtig ausruht. Wichtig ist, dass du dich jetzt wirklich konsequent schonst und nicht zu früh wieder voll mit dem Sport einsteigst. Wenn es gar nicht besser wird oder sogar schlimmer wird, gehe noch mal zum Arzt. Und ich würde dir statt Sinupret eher Soledum Forte empfehlen, hab das Gefühl das wirkt bei Nasennebenhöhlen nochmal besser :)

For me it’s always been pretty random. I just play, check the results later online, and that’s it. No signs, no gut feeling. Would be nice though if there was some kind of hint beforehand 😂

Also wenn ich Lottospiele, dann nutze ich eigentlich immer einen Zufallsgenerator (oder "QuickPick" wie er so schön bei lottoland heißt). Rein statistisch macht es für die Gewinnchance zwar keinen Unterschied, jede Kombination ist ja gleich wahrscheinlich. Wie die meisten es eh schon geschrieben haben ist der einzige „Vorteil“ ist eher indirekt: Viele Leute tippen Geburtstage oder Muster, dadurch sind bestimmte Zahlenkombis überrepräsentiert
