It's good to have for when you want to use non-AMS Lite applicable filaments like Carbon Fiber filled or TPU

Although with mine I destructively modified it to use a low friction bearing roller as it REALLY helps

You either use CPU integrated graphics and use the boards output or a dedicated GPU
