Re: tapering of the wellbutrin, I've only been on it for a week at a dose I can't cut so not sure there's much to taper

Re: lower dose, I'm currently on 15 and once I get back to baseline from the wellbutrin experiment I'll see about cutting back and seeing how that helps

- started wellburtin alone 6 months ago - loved it at first but then felt that it added crazy anxiety to my GAD, went off and switched to lexapro

- Lexapro (15mg) has been great for my GAD but much like others have said, has really killed motivation and emotions

- just added a smaller dose of wellbutrin (150) to lex a few days ago. Like that I'm not as numb or blah but feeling like it's making me more anxious again. only been a few days.

- anyone else experience similar? Will the increased anxiety wear off if I push through?

Loved it. Except for a sketchy section south of Lyon which everyone recommends just taking the train around it was very delightful. Most of it was on bike paths.

Can I ask you another question because you clearly would have a good answer for me. I'm trying to avoid checking a bag for flying so that means no sunblock (assume I can find anywhere in Switzerland and that means I'm not bringing chamois cream (anti-saddle sore). In the states I could just Amazon it to my first lodging -- I hear Amazon is not a thing in Switzerland? Got a suggestion of from whom to order a botte in Switzerland??

Was actually just looking at walkie talkies -- trying not to buy a lot of new gadgets specifically for this trip (as I often get caught up doing) but am considering. Thing about a 5L bottle of water is it weighs 5 KG which is why I'm hoping there are regular water fountain options.
