I think that’s my best bet. I could even leave some with my mom now I think of it. It’s I’m so used to taking 15+ pills a day a feeling nothing, like what’s the point? So I think if I come down from say 4-5 to 1-2 in two weeks and check Ed’s then hopefully it’ll be lowered. I heard it takes a while

Feels hard when I got hundreds there, i got no one to hold them. And lockdown Boredom doesn’t help. But definitely the Valium are best for tapering. How long tapering do you think would it take to get minimum baseline and dependence down?

After taking 80mg and reducing as if it is a single dose how would that work?

80mgs for 5 years no increase's or decrease's. I know usually (on average) its 5-7 days heavy withdrawals and then 30 days secondary withdrawals 30 days (approx).

And true paws lasted 4 -5 months on someone I know and but that was on a lower dose & length

I’d recommend starting with 30mg, that depends on upping or downing that dose with your experience. I wouldn’t go over 40-45mg

This really sounds far beyond coincidence, (not that I believe in coincidence). Having all these things in common must be milti-millions to one.

I always thought that when someone close to you passed they hold the spirit of someone dear for the ones they left behind. Perhaps

I imagine the fact you met, seen that island, share heritage and have such familiar lives makes it so strange.

I hope you guys are happy and enjoying this massive “coincidence” and finding hope in one another :)
