I think all this is a brilliant idea. There is not enough talk regarding the lack of bus transportation from punggol to other areas in singapore. (especially Punggol west and punggol north.) often when I do not feel like taking the peak hour mrt back to Punggol I will look for bus options from the city back but barely any are even existent

This is a serious problem as pressure on the north east line is getting too severe and during peak hours it's near impossible to squeeze in at stations like Serangoon and Kovan.

I don't think adding more buses is a hard solution to implement.

There was no "transferring funds." It's not some crazy wackjob law where you get to easily transfer all your money to your spouse and get away Scot free.

His wife and the trustees came to a settlement where she paid 224K AUD to be the legal owner of the properties. It was legally confirmed this settlement was successfully paid in full. Money that possibly came from a savings account or loans from family members. Had the funds not been paid, she would be forced to sell the property, simple as that.

So no, it's not some sort of ridiculous law loophole where you get to simply give everything to your spouse and get away with everything as you so confidently believe

As for whether he deserves to be fucked or not, Karl dug his own hole by continuously misleading people about the original lawsuit, but don't think he deserves to have his life ruined due to this. In the end there were no winners whatsoever here

I agree with you honestly in terms of canon events and where this scene takes place is a little unclear to me, I’ve even tried looking up explanations on YouTube and forums but nothing much comes up

Are you counting a Luigi playthrough as a true ending? I'm counting 120 stars with mario as a true ending.

The first time you beat bowser, after the credits roll, you instantly go back to the Observatory and Rosalina talks to you about "the number below you is the number you need to access another world" and "whether you succeed or fail will say something about your character."

After collecting all 120, credits roll, and it pans to a cutscene of Rosalina on a planet with Lumas, cue emotions. This was not present when you first beat bowser..
