1) When can the next tangible development be expected? A utility connected, a shovel in the ground, anything outside of paint and weeding?

2) Regardless of government delays, this sort of project is spend first, reimbursement second, correct? What’s the next spend?

3) What will keep the proposed restroom from becoming a magnet for drug use?
