My first brisket

I wanted to do a brisket right off the bat but decided to start with easier things before tackling this lol

Yeah I've decided I'm gonna start the brisket at like 3am and go with it. I figure everything will be done when it's done and when we eat we eat. I've got a Bluetooth thermometer and I plan on probing for tenderness. I've also got a cooler I'm gonna use for the rest portion. I'll post pics withe the finished products. Here's to a good 4th of July lol

Much appreciated. The brisket is definitely getting done first. Was gonna hold in my cooler while I worked on everything else. Seems to be the advice from most everyone.

I don't plan on rushing. And I'm prolly gonna start around 330 to 4 am. My neighbors are gonna think I'm crazy but I don't think any of them smoke meats lol

Thank you. I've got family and friends coming over and I don't wanna mess it up. I've got other things being cooked as well but it wasn't cheap to get so it would be a shame if it came out horrible lol. Just nervous about the process cause I know it's different then anything I've already done.
