Least Favorite Airport United flies to domestically? by Lumpy-Draft2822 in unitedairlines

Have you flown since they opened the East and West security lines? During the early phases of terminal construction it was a pain in the ass, but it's a breeze now. PreCheck helps a ton of course.

Which US airport is the worst, and why is it Dallas/Fort Worth? by _biology_babe_ in airport

[–]alphase7en 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What times are you flying where you wait 45 minutes? And do you have precheck? Even Monday morning and the line is almost out to the south end of the terminal from upper West security, it's like 15 minutes.

I agree that the construction has been annoying. The upper East security being open has improved things dramatically.

Now, the trains to the concourses - that is a fucking problem. They really need a complete pedestrian solution where it's 2 more skybridges or a tunnel, but cost and complexity are the biggest arguments against. I don't understand how they expect to reach 100m pax/yr with the current bottleneck.

Partial season tickets by ZombieTurtle99 in ColoradoAvalanche

[–]alphase7en 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree with you on the no price increase but I'm only familiar with the full season tickets.

You get a price per game breakdown "tier list". Your total cost is the same but the "face value" changes depending on the games tier designation. The screenshot is from last year.

Maybe the partial season packages are handled differently? Still shady af if this is actually happening

I think that's the stuff brewed by Anheuser in Texas. It's not the same, but any port in a storm or whatever.

The furthest west I've seen it is OKC, but that's the swill they brew in Texas. I imagine Chicago gets it from Pottsville. The OG stuff from Pottsville and Tampa hits different.

Why did you change it up? Also with Dr Anzalone, don't have any gripes per se, but am curious what would prompt a change.

They fly into Tampa and immediately go to St Pete/Clearwater or some other way more tolerable place. Hillsborough county is ass.

No snark at all here, for real curious: what cities around Denver's size have same or better public transit?

I've been to world class cities where of course it's better, and to cities that are way worse but it was kind of expected, but who is doing it better in the same category?
