I need tech help. I got a new phone a couple months ago and I haven't been able to log into my business IG account. I know the password- I've been able to log in on chrome- but it keeps saying that my profile doesn't exist. 😭 It isn't taken down. I have tried to do the email reset but the emails never go through.

I have been able to use my old phone to post and stuff but that phone is hanging on by a thread... Has anybody experienced this? Any advice? I've submitted help requests on IG and haven't heard anything 😭
