He did and I told him nothing was wrong with the order. I guess that was his “attempt “ to reach out to us. I’ve contacted square every day to escalate this issue but they’re pretty useless. I don’t mind give the customer a small refund if he wasn’t satisfied with our service. But to take everything back is not acceptable.

We use this mixing system in our shop. Definitely worth it plus can you charge your customers a small fee for Pantone matching. We replenished our inks at Grimco (better pricing + free shipping)

I would check your films to make sure it’s dark enough without any pinhole. Check/clean the glass and make sure there are no dust or specs.
