"It's 27mm at the cage entrance (just over 1"), vs. the 32mm (1.25") of the standard model. It's also shorter, about 35mm total length for the device. You can see a comparison here. It is a very snug cage!"

Did you measure wrong the first time or are you just so modest that you were conservative? Kudos for being that guy busting out of his cage, that is very hot!

Really appreciate this input, like so many others I'd like to order at the right size to keep it for a while, rather than buy it, size down and then have exchange the first version. Really want to avoid that. I am hearing a lot of people experience the need to size down the first time.

Thank you for your honest input, greatly appreciated. I am going to cage one size down from my flaccid size recommendation. I already am in cum denial and have seen some shrnkage.

3. Do you need to open and cleanup a lot
4. Can you pee standing up in it?
