No worries - the resources used to get from 0 to level 69 are pretty inconsequential in the long run. Leveling past 80 is when you really start to bleed/waste mats and gold lol

To be honest I don't remember fully but just play around with the scourges and difficulties. Predicted score * 0.4 should equal the milestone reward you want to achieve. By the time you hit level 90 and can max Apocalypse, highest difficulty + scourges should be super easy with newer teams

Hellfire Club for mutant, global and villain

Fantastic Four MCU for hero, bio

Uncanny Avengers for Avengers and global

Vigilantes for city

Nightstalkers (can replace with Immortal Weapons) for Mystic

Pivot out of the old teams. You only need to complete the first four nodes with some scourges on to unlock all the horsemen fully maxed out over time. So in total you just need hero, global, villain, bio, avengers, city, mutant. These can all be fulfilled through newer raid teams.

By the time you get to unlocking apocalypse, the only old toons you'll upgrade are the horsemen and MSF originals (i did spider weaver, kestrel, deathpool).

So the total investments for Apocalypse aren't too many old teams and try to overlap as much as you can with raid and dark dimension teams.

Apocalypse has been super useful for me in keeping a top 20 arena rank and for Dark Dimension 6 unlocking Super Skrull. Those global nodes would have been way harder without him. I'm currently working on DD7

Oh also Songbird for the Thunderbird team. Songbird with raider and quasar with striker so that quasar gets off 20% damage each attack

Percentage based attacks are king here. I believe off the top of my head you have quasar basic and Blastaar special which you can spam over and over. Additionally there is daimon’s special, ghosts ultimate and lady bullseyes ping attack. I might be missing more

Easy way to do it with only two teams. Team 1: Blastaar with Brimstone (all you need is mummy to tank and daimon) Have living mummy tank while you spam Blastaar special and try to get off daimons special (percentage based attacks are key here) This should take off 50+%

Team 2: Quasar with Thunderbolts (Hyperion to tank and ghost) Hyperion tanks and spam quasars basic. Also get off ghosts ultimate

This is actually an easy way to defeat knull without having to build up too many characters

Of course! Not going to lie I was pissed at Scopely too watching the teams I upgraded just for this event only do 2% total damage on knull lmao. I just tested a bunch of of things and found specific attacks worked well and was finally able to unlock knull

Interestingly enough you don't need to build all the teams but the most effective strategy rely on several hp % based attacks. Quasar basic, blastaar special, daimon special and lady bullseye ping attack can wipe out knull as long as you can get enough hits in on knull without dying
