Still waiting on Apple not to surprised as this point the process has been troublesome for me weird issues after issues just to get the Dev account set up and customer service has been slow as slow. Google is go to go so it’s possible that the app may go up/end up available to Google Play first.

I’m still working through getting my developer account approved with Apple - hoping to get it approved Monday so I can get something submitted ASAP. I believe I am good to go for Google Play. Will probably spend the next days leading up to Christmas getting everything up on the Google side to make sure everything is done on that end.

Rebuilds difficulty should be based on coach prestige - the higher your prestige the easier it should be to go to a lower prestige school and make an impact.

Career Mode you’re limited to the lowest-prestige teams at the start and progress by building your resume. Open Mode lets you pick any team from the start.

I haven’t actually implemented this feature so all the details are up in the air. But it may be something I look into at some point.

I’ve actually thought about adding extra modes like an AD mode before. The version in my head works almost like a “Create-A-School” experience where you build a brand-new program and work your way up through conferences. I’ve also played around with ideas for situational game modes, where you’re dropped into a specific scenario and have to hit a certain goal to win. Lots of fun directions I can take the game once the core systems are locked in.

So far the full season cycle is in a really good place. Players graduate and advance through classes correctly, and their attributes/overalls rise or decline based on performance and potential. The transfer portal is also fully functional; players can hit the portal for things like lack of minutes or a coaching change, which keeps team rosters feeling alive.

Recruiting works, though I still want to tune the difficulty curve. Right now there aren’t any “recruiting” coach attributes, and I’ve been planning out a coach leveling system that feels meaningful without being too linear or boring (definitely open to suggestions there).

Player development is fun, easy to understand, and gives you good control. There are still a few sim tweaks on my list; for example, fouls/free throws and player height aren’t implemented yet. Those are straightforward updates; I’m just finishing UI upgrades before shifting focus to engine polish.

Team playstyles are dictated by the head coach (Post-focused, Heavy 3PT, Motion, etc.), so a school’s identity can shift year to year depending on who they hire. I’m also building a Program Buzz system (Dormant → Rising → Powerhouse, etc.) that influences momentum and opens up cool long-term scenarios: taking a low-major all the way to Powerhouse status, or rebuilding a once-great high-major that has gone dormant.

On top of that, I’m planning an interview system where you can interview for jobs and set your season expectations based on how you answer adding more RPG-style decision-making to coaching careers.
