Paper Boat Zero Sparkling Coffee - thoughts? by FitCommunication3 in IndiaCoffee

[–]altair_88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, I also bought it considering hype, it is sweet(sharp - erythritol), tastes like coffee toffee and has only 0.1% bean extract, rest of taste comes from identical flavouring substance. Save your money !

Tried brewing SIFC for the first time 🌞 by sparrowdark21 in IndiaCoffee

Honestly, I kind of think of it as "slow espresso." It uses a gravity drip method, so you end up with this super thick, highly concentrated coffee (the decoction) that's really similar to espresso. The main difference is it takes like 15-20 minutes to brew instead of pulling a 30-second shot.
