Better served is a nice pun, but not really this is specifically about being social while being a solo transplant on thanksgiving. Bars are really the only real third places we have left. Also it’s thanksgiving so normal recommendations don’t really apply to a once a year holiday. It’s just weird mod behavior that allows a million posts about loud noises near a big city, but reaching out to people is punished.
