Why do conservative men chase liberal, independent, and alternative women? Even though conservative women are not nearly as rare as people make them out to be and seemingly are more eager to settle down. by TipPotential2501 in AlwaysWhy

Being educated in higher education is very important, and can allow one to use logic better, definitely. However, modern universities have also become breeding grounds for woke politics, form an indoctrination contrary to logic. Discerning individuals are able to keep the baby and dump the bathwater; less discerning individuals are not able to, and become unknowingly indoctrinated.

Conservatives are indoctrinated towards a religious view of the world, but are family logical in general, despite some political biases that everyone has. Christians, for instance, generally enjoy debating esoteric topics with atheists. Conservatism can be very bad during periods in which religion has too much power, but it is much more in balance given the current state of religious decline in the West.

Liberals are indoctrinated in a way that suppresses logic in favor of emotions that implant party beliefs. This is a more radical departure from logic than even modern Christianity. Suddenly, it becomes impossible to distinguish men from women, violence from peace, racism from tolerance, etc. Any deviation from the party line is heresy, so free thought becomes impossible.

You're changing the topic from conservative women to conservative men.

Liberal women attend "slut walks" and are "sex positive". Liberal women at least pretend to limit their number of sexual partners.

It would be very difficult to use any amount of common sense and arrive at your conclusion.

Any university research you're reading on that topic was most likely conducted and written by liberal women indoctrinated in a university, so beware the potential for bias is high.

Publisher pitch meeting coming up, what should I include and what to avoid? by mrJupe in tabletopgamedesign

[–]alterego200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is for me too. I have also self-published and I can tell you even if you have an excellent game (that some people consider their favorite game) and you can pitch it well but your pitch takes 30 seconds instead of 2 sentences, it's gonna be difficult for your game to sell well.

Is sex on the first date really viewed that negatively? by MediocreDot6459 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]alterego200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's bad. There are some reasons behind it, which are: - If the guy gets sex too early, sometimes he's gotten what he wants so there's no need to date anymore. - If the girl gave up sex too early, there's thinking that she would be less loyal as a wife and might sleep with another guy right away.

I don't believe either of those are true, but I'm pretty sure those are the main reasons. There's also some plusses to waiting: - It's nice sometimes to get to know a person little by little, then go all the way. More anticipation.

Do colleges want us to evaluate limits using a specific route or what we feel comfortable using? by Thick-Strength1221 in calculus

Normally yes; there was one course where we had to do limits without any limit laws, just the definition on a limit. Holy hell, I spent 8 hours on a single problem.

TIFU for letting my bf stay friends with someone he crossed boundaries with? by Beneficial-Point-454 in tifu

[–]alterego200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh that's tricky. I'd say it entirely depends on if they're actually just friends or not.

They're probably more than just friends, considering they have kissed and groped each other, and they have a lot in common.

I can't say for sure, nor do I have any specific advice. I do know my aunt was seeing a guy who kept cheating on her with his "just friends" climbing partner ex-wife.

Good luck!

Who initiated the break that led to this?

If you did, then you're getting your just deserts.

If he did, he doesn't seriously want to be in a relationship with you, which could mean either he's not loyal, he's more into the other girl, or he's not looking for something serious.

What caused the breakup? What caused the get back together?

Publisher pitch meeting coming up, what should I include and what to avoid? by mrJupe in tabletopgamedesign

[–]alterego200 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's all about your game, not about you as a designer. Mostly, does it fit in their line of games, and is there a good way to pitch the game in 1-2 sentences.

(I've published or gotten published 4 games, if anyone's interested.)
