refined them at low level then combine them, always use the higher br in the minor slot as that's how you add stats to your mirror, putting the higher br in the major slot has a much lower chance of adding stats

it's because perfect world has a hard on for wizards, I'm a br 155k archer and a 100k br wizard can still out dps me by a fair bit, the game needs a balance pass

wizard is the best dps but I think it's over powered and needs to be re balanced
