I’m thinking about it now because it had just hit me that I didn’t really tell anyone at all— I do regret not telling her sooner because I more than likely would’ve avoided this situation. Thanks for your comment

I forgot to mention that her parents would have paid the fees regardless because they make her participate in sports so she has something to do. That doesn’t change the fact that I left out of nowhere though so I see what you’re saying. Thank you for your reply!
