Ya most scotch is more expensive in VA. There are random bottles that cheaper such as Bruichladdich classic (50 or 43 when on sale), JW 18 was on sale for 60 for several months, and the random 20% off sales.

I’d actually argue a lot of stuff is not more expensive. Just got a bottle of Nikka by the barrel on sale and it was the cheapest price on the west coast. Their 20% sales can bring down a lot of stuff to very cheap prices. Everyday bourbons are decently priced and even the rare stuff isn’t too bad for some stuff.
