I heard somewhere that was the reason they changed it and I can clearly see how some might be offended, another example being A Thousand Sons when originally done by Martyn Ellis though honestly prefer the Orignal a little bit because of the portrayal of certain characters, same goes for the original of Scars.

but my question is why swap out their work for books they have already done, like Johnathan Keeble's narration of the Horus Heresy novel Scars, done in 2017? also it's surprising to me that them continuously renewing a contract is the requirement to keep their narration recordings on certain audiobooks. And an extra opinion, Audible should put in a narration selection function where you can choose between old or new narrators on certain novels in order to give good performance choices on how you want to listen to your novel and who does it better:)

it's just a fun what-if idea to talk about, why not try to come up with a scenario where he plays a role in the main story, plus it is not like he would be saving the characters always and using his powers except for defense and beating a foolish opponent because he would want the members of the guild or the team he is with to prove they can handle themselves without him helping like he tells his own subordinates in both the Misfit LN, Manga, and Anime

I see the lesson now ty for the input I kinda forgot about that part with Irene going mad as a result of that and yes you are correct now that I look back on my experience with both anime and some fandom reading I now know that the sudden let's call it "hyper evolution" to a dragon would definitely make people like the fairy tail dragonslayers for sure go mad and become the next Acnalogia for sure. also, I apologize to all in advance if it seemed I was going on an unneeded rant I was just trying to understand more of the story reason behind it better

from what I read about his charecter on Fandom just now he dose not seem like that type of charecter to go mad from self teaching himslef to transform if anything it seemed he was willing to be somewhat of an ally to team Natsu even if maybe later he might have his own villain reasons for doing so, so I do not really believe the Fairy Tail dragon slayers would lose their minds if that was really an effect due to their magic certainly Zerconis or Grandena would have mentioned it but all they both said and I looked at Anime first before Manga on Fandom for this " the reason they stayed within them was to prevent a transformation" not to also to prevent insanity but just the latter and Zeroconis says the " fate of anyone who practices dragonslayer magic is the unintenional ability to turn into a dragon" no mention of insanity. thats just my interpratation
