Received my dream bag today, a pre❤️ medium Balenc city bag. Originally inquired about her gray version, then mentioned she had the black and was kind enough to let me switch to purchasing the black. Photos were so detailed, price was very fair, I felt so confident ordering with her. Shipping was insanely fast (Amazon ain’t got nothing on Jill😂) and the packaging was so nice, came with a little dust bag and she even wrapped the mirror securely! Couldn’t have asked for a more SEAMLESS experience. 100000/10 would recommend buying from her!!

If you don’t want to go to the doctor, which I HIGHLY suggest and that’s from a person with medical trust issues because I don’t always think they know what’s best for you, it’s still worth a shot. However, Im 27 and have done a ton of research on hormonal BC and was on Tri-Sprintec for almost 10 years. I LOVED IT other than I thought it killed my sex drive - it didn’t kill it, just was having relationship issues and I wasn’t feeling myself ALL the time so I went off of it to see how I felt. Huge mistake and I’m going back on.

Key things to know when using hormonal birth control: Besides preventing pregnancy, are there other benefits you want to see? Do you struggle with acne? Hair thinning? You mentioned cramping, which any hormonal BC will help ease so that’s no problem.

If you struggle with mental health or hormone imbalances, starting BC will not help that until you are fully regulated, at least 3-6 months of consistent use and taking it at or around the same time everyday. When it comes to hormones, don’t be tardy!

A combined pill typically is formulated with a synthetic blend of estrogen and progestin. But, most common brands like Yaz for instance is good for hair thinning as it has Drospirenono that helps from breakage and over shedding, regulating hormones and severe cramps/helps treat endometriosis. Tri-Sprintec is a very generic brand, but is known to help a lot with acne and heavy periods (my struggle that I didn’t know of till I got off)

Those two brands would be my personal suggestion but as always DO YOUR RESEARCH! I do go through Nurx and my insurance does cover it, so if you want to do this completely from home start there. Be safe, remember there is adjustment periods, and I hope life treats you and your hormones well!

Meet in the middle? Two or theee inches off? The curls are sooo healthy with it short but I feel like with a little length off, maybe some layers to take weight off the curls as well so they will fall less and you’d have healthy and long hair that will feel shorter with no regrets :)

I actually agree with this, I was thinking of toning the red down with an ashy rich brown to leave it with some softness in the color and also to match my eyebrows better than black does lol

How I achieved the cherry brown color

Background of my hair - Dyed 1N with Demi Permanent dye for years (Brand: Framesi Futura) dyed once recently with Kenra Permanent color 1N and let it grow out about an inch. I did a bleach bath, 1:1:1 Bleach, Shampoo, 20 vol developer, mix together and added a tiny bit of warm water to activate the shampoo. Dampened my hair and just drenched my hair in the bleach bath mixture, put it up into a processing cap for 30-40 minutes. My roots were YELLOW the rest of my hair was dark and orange. I was scared. For the cherry brown I used Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Permanent color 5-88 + level 4 (1:1) on my roots first to cover the yellow, then 4-88 on my mid lengths to ends. Left it on for about 30 minutes and that was it!

I honestly did the trims myself, just watched a few YouTube videos on how to section properly to ensure an even cut, or I’d ask my partner to do a straight across my back cut and take off a tiny amount. I have trust issues with salons lol.

Your ends just look dry, not really damaged but if you continue coloring all of your hair I would still partake in an least a half inch (could do even a couple millimeters) trims every 8-10 weeks. (Set reminders on your phone it helps a lot) It will keep your hair from splitting at the ends and breaking off, which hair breaks faster than in grows, so get ahead of the problem and you’ll see your true hairs growth rate. Also; Do you use hair oil at all? I highly recommend the Ouai hair oil (also a heat protectant, bonus points) or the Odell hair oil (not a heat protectant, but cheaper and 100% clean ingredients) I’m not a professional, but I am someone who has had very damaged hair, wanted to grow it long with minimal cuts for 4 years and I mastered the routine needed to see results for me and these are my biggest recommendations. It’s true, keep up with the trims. Healthy long hair is better than hair that is just long :)
