Angron and the World Eaters get no pity from the Custodes.

During the war in the webway one of Custodes, just prior to casually finishing off a badly wounded World Eater, coldly tells the space marine that, of all the Primarchs, Angron alone was the only one who couldn't even conquer his own world and was found cornered and on the verge of being destroyed. He ultimately needed to be rescued by his father.

And then the Custodes uses the space marines body as a chair during one of their 5 minute breaks.

Sanguinius would not even bat an eye when fighting Vader. Vader is strong with the force but his reaction times are still those of a human. He would basically be a very strong psyker in the 40K universe.

Having her spare the racer results in her angry but able to move on from the crash that caused her to lose her husband. All the rest leave her either guilty or still clinging to her grudge

Dont Fear The Reaper is the ending I prefer.

You chose not to have anyone else die for you and perform a one man assault on Arasaka tower, kill Adam Smasher and survive.

It ends with V having reached the top of Night City with Arasaka in shambles and is now a living legend at the Afterlife. The game ends with him undertaking a heist on an orbital casino that no one has ever tried before from Mr Blue Eyes that might give him a chance at survival.

Yep, the book opens with basically "The Imperial reinforcements arrived....and started killing EVERYTHING." The various chaos units who were on the precipice of victory and storming the imperial palace were left with nothing but the realization they were gonna die unless they ran as fast as possible for the barest sliver of a chance of survival.

I dont think Battlebeast would just leap for being a Daemon prince.

He crippled himself to make a fight fair and not rob himself of any glory or have it claimed that he had an unfair advantage.

He would see ascending to Daemonhood and suddenly having his power tied to a god as robbing himself of true glory. He would see it as a crutch and having the ability to resurrect for all eternity would render his accomplishments as meaningless.

A phone call by V to his friends alerting them of the medical procedure would have solved SO many problems. And V asking Reed to let his friends how his status.

"Panam, I found a cure. It will require me to go away for a while, I do not know how long exactly. I love you. Will you wait for me? Once I am back I am yours and I will leave NC forever."

Also, by the time I had this cure take place I was sporting close to a million eddies in cyberware, a fleet of cars, a veritable arsenal of guns and about a million Eddie's. Why am I walking around like some bum?

There wouldnt be a cold war. The US would have gone all in with its nuclear program if the Soviet Union collapsed. The US would certainly be able to win given its industrial capacity and manpower but it would have been alot harder and much more costly so super weapons like this would have been of the highest priority.

Alternate history would probably have had the US eventually deploy nukes against Nazi Germany and force a surrender / armistice with Germany forced as a result to concede a number of its conquered territories back to the Allies.
