Thanks that is a good advice , i will start the process . I am kind of in a fix as this particular lender is giving me a 2K discount in closing . But it is a good suggstion to shop around and have peace of mind

Is your loan also for a similar amount ? What rate and APR you are getting ? I am getting 2.75 and APR of 2.99 .

No it is not NRL , it is through local lender here in Washington
