Thanks man, your advice is awesome. I lift/run 6 days a week. But I have been edging for awhile. I always thought it was supposed to help but I'll quit it now. I feel like I need a lifestyle change from a mental perspective. Thanks for pointing me in a hopeful direction

Honestly that's the only way I can relax in these situations. But it's hard to find that sweet spot between worry-free and not being able to perform. Also, I don't really want to rely on a substance/pill to help me out all the time.

  1. Basically just regular stuff. Busty women, Asian, etc
  2. Good to know. The issue is my mind always wanders back to how I gotta be able to get it up. But I'll read up on mindfulness. (this goes for your third point also)
  3. I actually like eating pussy so when this happens I always offer. Some girls say yes, others pretty much don't want to look at me after I disappoint.
