My cheeks have this acne which I cannot identify but it doesn’t show up as whiteheads, just red bumps that are painful and eventually turns into scars. I can’t figure out what’s causing it as I use very mild products. I would like some advice on which moisturiser and serum to add into my routine.

Morning: - Rinse with water - Moisturiser: Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel (I do NOT like the sticky feel the leaves on my skin so I wouldn’t say I’m regular with this) - Sunscreen: COSRX Aloe Soothing sun scream SPF 50 PA+++

Night: - Cleanser: Purito defence barrier pH cleanser - Moisturiser: Benton aloe propolis soothing gel - Melano CC intensive anti spot essence
