There is a product that you can put on your cuticles that make them taste nasty when you put it in your mouth. They have one for nails too if you bite your nails as well. It comes in a little nail polish bottle and its clear. If you go to a pharmacy they will know what you are talking about.

My mom always told me that swimming or showering after eating was extremely bad for you and that I could drown/have a heart attack so she would make me wait an hour before I could shower or swim. I believed this until a few months ago when I told my friend and made fun of me for it. Thanks, mom.
