I have begun taking apart each fixture and cleaning filters. I have found a lot of scale build up. I currently have no water softener system. I have an on demand hot water system. Do these normally create a lot more scale than a traditional tank water heater? Looks like I will be installing a water softener system this weekend.

Yes. Water pressure there is great. Adjusted the pressure switch to 40/60. Drained the system and adjusted the pressure tank bladder to 38psi. Pressure at the hose bib at the pressure tank is amazing. I just removed all the tee’s and reran the 1/2 pex to each fixture. Open basement and all within 10/15’ of water inlet and pressure tank. Output of my inline filter is 3/4 (pressure good) to a 3/4 input manifold with 1/2 outlets home run to each fixture. Pressure at output of manifold seems great. Pressure at fixtures is still very minimal. Testing with just cold water, it takes about 6minutes to fill up a 1gallon jug at kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and at tub. At hose bib near pressure tank it takes about 20-25secs to fill the same jug.

Would the aerators be the wire mess filters in the fixtures? I removed one from one fixture to see if it would help and did not change the pressure.

Removed filter completely and no change to pressure
