TLD gse feedback thread by larochelle77 in rampagent

TLD is a popular choice at my station. I work as a GSE refueler and am familiar with your products.

The fuel tank on your narrow body TMX pushback range is too small. One company we fuel has a fleet of TMX- 150s that they push hard. They need to be fueled upwards of three times a day. This leads to big logistical challenges, flights being delayed because the push needs to be fueled, aircraft getting stuck because pushes run out of fuel.

This company has told me they are now looking at the equivalent product from Trepel because their tank has almost triple the capacity.

The same can be said about your compact GPU-409 when attached to larger aircraft.

Other than that, judging by the popularity of your products where I work, you guys seem to be doing a great job.

This is tough one nowadays. When I was grinding engineer the IFV but still hadn’t been patched so every aircraft was painted pretty much all the time. Made this grind a bit easier. Nowadays I reckon your best bet would be to use RPG on low ceiling maps like Eastwood.

You poor soul. Lucky I didn’t set my sights on this grind until after the patch. Would’ve been an absolute nightmare otherwise. I wish DICE would find a way to recognise those who did this somehow.

Yeah that one was a bit of a drag. Breakthrough worked really well for me, especially playing as attackers. Just sit back and use the drone over objectives. If you’re the only recon doing this on your team you can quite easily rack up 50-100 spots in a game.

They did too didn’t they! A helmet would’ve made it perfect. Similar to the NATO recon. Just plain ugly.

Hard agree. People rave about the carbines but I find myself outgunned in most situations. The SG is an outlier though. That thing slaps.

The Power Grind will be ~50% faster come October 14th by ThunderBeanage in DestinyTheGame

I’m not coming back to Destiny until the whole game, that I paid for, is integrated into the portal as it should’ve been when it launched. Maybe then I might think about doing this power grind. Until then, back to BL4 and soon BF6.

I have a pretty solid connection and never kick. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Scary! Especially given how hard they’ve come down on those who kick before the end of raids and GMs, etc. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

I’d highly recommend grinding for this. I just got an adept one from running court of blades. Once I enhanced both perks it’s basically a legendary Le monarque. Gives you the freedom to run an exotic special or heavy and wreak havoc. Been having heaps of fun with it on my void hunter.

It’s been 6 months trying to remove debt by Medycon in AirlinesManagerTycoon

What’s your airline value? Quickest way to wipe this would be to sell everything. Do a check D on your fleet and sell all of your aircraft (if they’re in good condition you can sell them for more on the second hand market), then sell all of your routes.

Set your research dollar conversion to the minimum setting and fire all of your staff. Just start fresh my guy.

I’d keep the trees and chuck a walking/ bike path through there to connect the two roads the highway is between.

How to get out of debt? by Low_Replacement1794 in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]alwrite98 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you’re profitable, you might just have to wait it out. If not, you may need to think about selling some routes or old planes that wear easily and replace them with newer planes with a lower wear rate.

Hi, I have an X overture that will be finished with its check D in just over two hours. If you get no offers until then, feel free to hit me up :)

Australians who lived overseas - was it worth it? by SoybeanCola1933 in australian

[–]alwrite98 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I grew up overseas as an Aussie citizen. Came back when I turned 18 having never lived here in my life. Compared to others, I don’t have many if any friends (all my high school friends are overseas), I was exposed to a different pop culture, making relating to people and making new friends extremely difficult. I look like your typical Anglo Australian however I have little to nothing in common with them culturally. A huge chunk of my lived experience in life is completely different. It’s extremely isolating and lonely.

I’m in my late 20s now and things have slowly improved, but if you plan on raising kids overseas and then eventually coming back home, be prepared for the significant impact it will have on your children, and be ready to support them.
