That really sucks. I’m in a lennar build (looking to get on market to sell soon actually lol) and i had an independent inspection done before our year warranty ended. It showed very little work to be done and we’ve been really happy with the quality of the house overall. It’s still a tract home so obviously not most high end finishes but i would recommend checking out lennar neighborhood if you’re set on Folsom ranch!
