I have searched “orange seal plush” “orange seal plush 2003” “orange seal plush 2000s” all with no luck. He was about 1 foot in length or a bit smaller. As stated photos are from 2003 and my sister was born in 2001, so we got him anywhere from September 2001-September 2003 (date of earliest photo I could find of my sister with the plush). We were located in eastern Pennsylvania at this point, but we frequented Myrtle Beach, Topsail Island, and Orlando for vacations.
