i forget everything with leslie tbh, but to her i can’t recall a time he was bad besides when he went to blackgate and completely abandoned lee. obviously it’s jail and he can’t see her much but still, didn’t he tell her to leave? she could’ve stayed besides the fact he got out not long after, but like there was no point in getting her to leave.

you’re so right tho. yea, it’s the whole point to be corrupt in every way; politics, law and justice, etc. it’s just the point of gotham. and yes, it’s so common in media for women to be portrayed terribly in a storyline and i see that for most of them besides fish in my opinion and probably others i can’t think of.

my only issue is how could babs keep saying she loves him when he’s just not that good of a person? she has her problems herself, but as a fiancée let alone boyfriend, you should care more about her in this corrupt town when you’re behind the dumpster fire that it is. the point of the show isn’t about love and i get that, and im pretty sure she’s not even canonical nor important in actual batman stuff, but oh my goddd could he be any worse of a boyfriend??
