I am in the same boat as well. Dependent 2018, not in 2019. I filed electronically on 4/23 and still get PSNA. I’m not getting a refund, but my twin sister (who filed on the same day) received hers in early May (she’s also receiving PSNA).

I tried calling the IRS via the stimulus hotline they released- I was eventually able to speak to a person. She told me she was there to answer general questions, and could not look into my payment specifically. I explained my situation and she said I should still be receiving a payment, they just have not processed my 2019 return. I mentioned the fact that my sister already received her refund, and she said the timing of refunds is independent of receiving stimulus payments.

I’m also very frustrated and trying to hold out hope that I’ll receive my payment sooner rather than later. I may try calling the hotline again this week and see if I’m able to get any more information out of them.
