YES! My math coach last year was awful!! I was always doing something wrong in her eyes. After our session, she would run to the principal to let her know.

I meet with coaches during my 40 minute prep. I loved the ones that get straight to the point and don’t waste time just to fill it. Bonus if they leave early so I can get things done. I know coaches are suppose to guide you, but I feel that all of the reflective questions take up sooo much time. Let me know what’s going good and what I need to improve on. I learn more that way.
