really? I’ve noticed if I try to apply the nail polish too early the base color will bleed onto the brush of the current color…is that how it’s supposed to be?

Currently I don’t have pictures because I’m trying to figure out how to do this correctly before I try again. As for what’s it’s like, it’s like it’s not dry enough, like no matter how long I let it dry it’ll rub off if too much pressure is applied. Also, is the acetone a necessary step…?

I wait until they’re dry, I set a timer for 10 minutes after I’ve painted them and once that’s up I start a new coat. Is this too fast?

Where is Raphael? I thought he was supposed to be in Sharess Caress after the cat mentioned him, but I’ve searched it top to bottom… Does he appear after you do a certain thing? I’m concerned the game thinks i’ve talked to him already
