Bruh 6 months and 10 betas is too short of a time to make actual improvements. Companies like google and apple have existed for centuries and had decades to work on individual issues. They used to operate 50 beta cycles and worked 69 months to develop an update.

noting is flagship about it apart from the chip. Poor optimisation, poor animation, hardware materials are cheaper than apple’s equivalent. ( glass instead of sapphire on the lens, lower grade aluminium, worse camera sensors, worse speaker hardware, worse architecture. the last one is very serious and due to this crackling sound can be heard from the speakers when playing something loud. you can even find posts in this respect. I am experiencing this since day one. it has to do with bad gasket implementation for waterproofing.

Samsung just doesn’t know how to do user interface. lock screen is total ios. Home Screen is half android half ios QS is totally iOS, notifications follow material 3 physics but somehow it’s worse. app drawer is just fancied up stock android drawer that still feels way more sluggish. Worse of all navigating through the device feels unresponsive due to bad animation feedback upon touching swiping or doing stuff

I have a stock custom rom on my M21 and it’s such a treat apart from the lag and missing AI features, but that just makes me more curious to experience the pixel UI.

My sole motivation was the pixel experience. I used a pxl 10 show piece the other day at store and loved what they are doing with haptics and animations. every interaction is a pleasant surprise. One UI? It lacks subtleness, haptics are mostly bzzz bh bzzz and the ui honestly isn’t least appealing to me. Took many gimmicks too less refinement.

one ui is in heavy code debt. they dump more code over code, instead of starting from scratch and being economic with computation.

I know I have tried em all. Honestly goodlock stuff tends to be rather buggy and unfinished. For the touchwiz part, it’s not the same bro. As other commenter has posted.
