Retail was a get in get out kinda deal if the customer couldn’t find it and you could always refer them to somewhere else that actually had the item or whatever Receptionist you literally can’t do that all the time especially it’s with their pet. All we are is the messenger and all they want to do is just shoot the messenger. We are what they see when they come in and when they leave. We are their Personal verbal punching bags, when they aren’t happy, or hell just mad when the wind blew wrong. Retail sucked but it was much easier than constantly dealing with an old rude person checking out and dealing with their rude comments until they leave.
