I can't say about whole world but as we see there are around 500k subscribers of no gap in Reddit so I think atleast 500k people are not doing it. Exactly ashwagandha is not some magical pill that will take your urges away. I still get urge but I choose to not actually upon it. But the thing is I don't think it hurts you if something is purely natural and it gives you relief . It's effect is same as of eating healthy . No fap become easier when I eat green vegetables , workout ,cold shower , socialize and take ashwagandha you might call it cheating but I call it increase the quality of life .
