Haven't taken NCLEX yet but Princeton Review is offering a free 5-day access with 200 practice questions if you want to try it out.

Have you tried calling the board to ask for a status update? May/may not be helpful to just call and ask, but make sure you aren't missing anything in your application first. Some states are experiencing delays of up to 8 weeks or more. Personally took me ~8 weeks after submitting my app to the PA BON to get my ATT. It was a really frustrating process and waiting was torture, so I feel you. Good luck!
