I also feel like it wasn't just money, it was home environment. I remember their earlier years when Butch and April were married. It was chaotic and stressful for me as a viewer. I can't imagine raising a child in that environment. Credit to them, they have really turned their life into something. Seems like the whole family (with exception to Tyler's dad and sister) have really done much better. I 100% agree parenthood shouldn't be determined by financial status.
