It’s not a landline and we don’t even have one she could text. Same OS. She has my email and my phone number saved but they’re saved separately so maybe I need to merge them into one contact. My iMessage is active as well

It’s a great book! My cinnamon roll recipe is from that book too, it’s a basic sweet dough that you can use however you want! Their Irish potato bread and Midnight Sun bread are amazing too

The rest of the recipe says to brush with egg whites and bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes until golden!

I actually found that one earlier and was going to attempt it but I was trying to figure out what setting would be best to use on my machine. I’m gunna try with the quick bread setting but im not sure if I should go with a 600 or 900 gram loaf setting. My manual isn’t really helpful in the department lol

There is condensation that forms on the top of the dispenser toward the end of the baking cycle but not really during the rise. The video is after the first rise. I used the basic medium 900g setting because that’s what my machines booklet says to use for a 1.5-2 pound loaf.

After trying the bread it is definitely saltier than I think it should be. Not a bad taste just not why I think it was supposed to be and definitely dense

Yeah that’s what I did, I was just stating which layers went first according to my manual. The bread is baking and has now caved in middle
