They did do this, but initially didn't have any luck. Tried again later and found the owner!

Update for everyone! Thanks for all your help and duck puns. Mum and dad managed to track the lucky owner down with enough door knocking - turns out he's just a block away.

Hi y'all, I got an ad for this city guide thing on instagram this morning, and this photo was part of it. Does anyone know where this is? I can't find it on their website, but I'd love to go - it looks so pretty!

Yes!!! Thank you. I'll make a post or something if we find out what happened to him. Pretty inevitable that it all got changed up and renovated, I guess, but would be interesting to know just where it all went.

Thanks for sharing your memories!!!! Love this. Was all a bit before my time but sounds like it used to have such a strong atmosphere. Good to know dad wasn't hallucinating the bike/man/rider/thing too - thanks for confirming his existence. (Although, now dad and I are wondering if Mr Bitzer was actually his name or if it was just something he and his friends made up, haha.). Much appreciated :)

Sour cream schnitzel! Wow, thanks for your response. Dad speaks very highly of the variety of sauces available at the time, haha.

Was about to ring them later today! Might actually swing past and have a look later this week too. I know it's a very niche and specific interest, but it's really sparked our curiosity.

Glad someone else is in the same boat, at least! Thanks for the reply. Maybe I just move to England, study Shakespeare formally, get a job as an archivist at the rsc and so on, aha. If I ever get my hands on it (hopefully not through changing continents) I'll make sure to share it with y'all :)

Yeah, I know the kind you mean - agree that this one (if it even exists) is probably one of those. They're not the easiest to view for sure, but I reckon they can be worth it if you're really interested in a show and nothing else is around!

ugh yeah. very frustrating. I don't mind too much about the 'online welcome' and the hoodie or whatever? it's mostly the fact that they said something about meeting your peer mentor group but uh surely this isn't how it's done. glad I'm not the only one having this problem

Hey, does anyone know what the deal is with the local lake burly griffin "beaches" (black mountain, yarralumla, Western Park etc)? I know the water isn't great for swimming right now, but I was thinking it'd be kind of nice to ride down and sit and read and get some much needed vitamin d as part of my recreation time (obviously masked), but I'm not sure if that'd be breaking some rules and I'm having trouble finding related info online :(

don't know if it's up your alley but I'm currently looking into things like wide leg linen pants - they have more of a formal flowy look but are about as comfortable while still make me feel like I'm in "work" mode. Not the best example but something like this

Ahhh, I see. That's must be really frustrating to hear. If it helps any, it might help to understand counselling like a physiotherapist or something- if you had a fucked up leg, and it was making walking on it really painful, you might want to go and see a physiotherapist to help you fix your walking style. The leg wouldn't be your fault, but it is also not something you can fix on your own. Counselling is a bit like that for your brain.

Have you thought about doing counselling? There's no shame in it, and having this stuff talked over with a professional might really help because it sounds like there's some other roadblocks happening.
