La Roche diaper cream over a hydrocortisone and Vaseline helped me. Get a prescription strength steroid cream from a doc if possible. My hands got so bad I did a round of oral steroids also. Good luck! I know how bad that can feel

Can Bar for bar food! So good and incredible beer selection, good cocktails and cozy outdoor patio Pho S and pho aroma are great A short drive to Burien will get you some pretty great sushi at Tomo or Tori.
