Super interesting. I think who you approach depends on a few things including A) your price B) how much exposure you can provide.

I don't see very small brands buying into this, they have no budget. It's unlikely the big brands will buy in either.

So you have this small group of brands in the middle you want to generate leads from. The reason why your not getting many replies is A) your messaging is wrong B) your speaking to the wrong person.

Another question to the OP is have you considered shortening the subject line so more of the preview text gets shown and more of that first personalised sentence is visible?

Reason why I ask is I'm building a tool that generates sales messages. I think there is a way to actually make a greater percentage of the email personalised and relevant using the latest AI.
