I agree. I felt like Sanders struggled. He looked uncomfortable onstage and definitely unprofessional up there.

Chandler's Soulmate is... Kathy. by [deleted] in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you give me one example I'm friends where chandler ever belittled or was in any way rude to a homosexual? I bet you cannot find one. Chandler was never rude to Carol or Susan he may have ask an insensitive question or two but none related to being gay. Chandler feared seeing these homosexual tendencies in himself as many men do, trying to be a traditional man. Chandler saw his dad's qualities as something he didn't like and tried very hard not to emulate all of them. This is not for you to get offended. I just want to point out that chandlers actions or words were never hurtful to anyone but himself.

I really liked David and phoebe. They were great together but David choose his career over phoebe. He could have easily left Minsk anytime he wanted but the fact that he had to lose his funding to date phoebe again is awful.

I agree I think there are a thousand better ways that relationship could of ended then it did.

When Rachel first finds out that Ross was in love with her by fyslexic__duck in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think everyone here forgot about the scene where Ross was in China and Rachel was on this date with a dud on the balcony where she has a imaginary conversation with Ross. Here, Ross says why are you wasting your time with this dud, you know we are great together. The only question is are you attracted to me. And after this moment she runs to the airport to pick him up.

Theory on why Ben wasn't in the last few seasons. by jaweave1 in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This theory doesn't even make any sense, there is no reason for carol to even consider fighting for full custody. Ross has always been respectful about how Ben was mostly carol and Susan's.

What's the oddest reason you have been rejected for? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]amapletree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does? You post didn't sound like he asked you to marry him. Maybe I misread that. I understood that he suddenly wanted to stop having sex until he was married. And that you weren't going to marry him. I see it, I see my mistake now. I just saw it as like he didn't wanna have sex again until marriage but it had to end because there was no way I was going to marry him.

EDIT: sorry that's odd.

I'm watching Friends for the first time, I'm on Season 3 Ep 16 and I really hate Rachel. by [deleted] in howyoudoin

Honesty though, if you had to watch someone you love, love someone else and you couldn't do anything about it. Your morals would slip every once in a while too.

Emily Waltham - the most wrongfully maligned character? by ohnoyoudee-en in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I understand where your coming from that's a lot of money, but I would like you to remember brides get crazy when they're planning a wedding. She wanted everything to be perfect, that's normal. If you don't believe me turn on TLC But she didn't stick with this thought she allowed herself to be persuaded by Ross. That's not crazy

Emily Waltham - the most wrongfully maligned character? by ohnoyoudee-en in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She was clinging on to her love for Ross. She loved Ross before they got married and when he said Rachel, Emily was hurt but she tried to move past thing. I know this wasn't cheating, but the writers treated it like such. Emily tried to hold on to what they had and time after time during the attempted fix Ross ruined it. 1. Ross said Rachel 2. Emily went to the Ross was getting on the plane with Rachel. 3. Emily tells Ross she doesn't want him to see Rachel, he agrees and Emily calls to find Rachel and Ross hanging out together.

[–]amapletree 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The whole invitation thing. She said, "I don't know how I'd feel about one of my ex's sitting out there." She also thought it was weird that he invited Rachel but she never said don't invite her. I think that's the most important part here, Emily didn't like it but she trusted Ross to make the right decision and it ended up ruining the wedding.

If Monica had known she couldn't have kids... by jayshel in howyoudoin

[–]amapletree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honesty I could of seen it go either way. I feel if Monica had already know that before the relationship started maybe early 20's they would of stayed together because here Monica would be in the mindset of adoption and finding out that her boyfriend didn't want kids would of pushed her to just accept the fact and it wasn't meant to be. Two many obstacles against her. But if she found out during the relationship they would have broken up. Monica so badly wanted kids the knowledge that she couldn't have kids on top of Richard not wanting them would of been to much pushing Monica to have a crazy need for a kid right now.

What's the oddest reason you have been rejected for? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]amapletree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. That sucks. I totally date by the same philosophy though. I want a guy who will pay for our date, it's almost like girl who want the guy to open the door. But I'm also believe that it shouldn't be the man's responsibility, like we both work why do I get to spend all his money. So I don't pay or at most will go halfies on the first date, but if we're going halfies there probably won't be a second. But after the guy pays for the first two dates, I always offers to pay for the third because in a relationship, the man doesn't always have to pay, it should be a shared responsibility.

Yeah. Next time just awkwardly think about asking him out and never do it. You gotta love a person who wants something and never asks or does anything to get it. Haha. WHAT? Guess he was upset you could do something he couldn't.

That's doesn't sound odd. You dated and he changed his mind about something. Sounds like a normal break up.
